

Overview
The Vehicle Loaded Brake Tester (hereinafter referred to as the brake tester) is a roller reaction type brake tester with a loading function. It has a roller reaction type brake tester and integrates wheel load detection function, which can detect the wheel load (axle load, vehicle weight), maximum braking force and drag force of the left and right wheels of the vehicle, the braking force difference and maximum process difference of the left and right wheels, the percentage of the axle braking force to the axle load of the axle, and other detection items specified in GB38900.
Purpose and Scope of Application
According to the requirements of the new national standard GB38900 for the loading detection of multi-axle articulated vehicles, the loading device of the loaded brake tester adopts the hydraulic drive and inclined plane mechanism lifting principle, with a compact overall structure, high reliability and strong rigidity of the frame structure.
The brake tester meets the requirements of GB38900 for the loading test of articulated axles, that is, it is suitable for the braking performance test of double articulated axles and triple articulated axles of three-axle and above trucks, two-axle and three-axle trailers.
The brake tester selects high-precision force measuring sensors and adopts a third roller device, which can automatically control startup and shutdown. The sand-coated roller process is adopted to better simulate road conditions, with high adhesion coefficient and small change of dry and wet adhesion coefficients.
The BT-1300ELE type brake tester is suitable for various types of vehicles with axle load not exceeding 13000 kg, and is widely used in automobile safety inspection stations, automobile manufacturing, maintenance and other industries.
Detection Items
The brake tester detects the braking force of the wheels by means of low-speed reaction type, with a detection speed of 2.5km/h. It can detect and display:
1. Drag force of each wheel
2. No-load braking rate
3. No-load braking imbalance rate
4. Loaded axle braking rate
5. Loaded axle braking imbalance rate
6. Parking braking rate
7. Vehicle braking rate
8. Pedal force and hand pulling force test (optional)
