Overview

The headlight axis automatic adjustment equipment is a special device for automatically adjusting the irradiation angle of vehicle headlights, which can accurately correct the light axis position to meet the national standard requirements, and realize automatic, efficient and standardized adjustment without manual intervention.

1. Robot Automatic Opening of Engine Hood: 3D visual recognition and positioning, with a suction cup adsorption mechanism to automatically open the engine hood for precise operation;

2. Automatic Detection by Headlight Tester: The headlight tester automatically aligns with the front headlights, quickly detects light intensity and light axis data, and provides real-time adjustment basis;

3. Automatic Adjustment of Light Axis: Guided by visual positioning, the collaborative robot carries a servo-controlled screwdriver to align the adjustment screw position, adjusts the light axis irradiation angle according to the detected data, and corrects it to the qualified range in real time. After adjustment, the robot closes the engine hood to ensure safety.
