Overview
The BT-2500 series brake test bench is a special equipment for detecting the braking performance of vehicles with an axle load within 2500kg. It can simultaneously detect the braking performance of traditional braking systems and those equipped with ABS braking systems. It has the characteristics of fast detection speed, high reliability and simple operation, and is suitable for use in the assembly line of general assembly plants.
Overall Composition
The two-axle ABS brake test bench is composed of rollers, motor reducers, wheelbase adjustment systems, signal acquisition, data processing, control systems, operating systems and display parts.
ABS ECU Detection System
ABS ECU Detection System: Composed of a universal ECU communication adapter and detection software developed by Yasaka. The adapter integrates ABS communication protocols of most domestic and foreign suppliers. The unified interface ensures that the control software does not need to be changed too much when the ECU type is changed.
Brake Test Items
• Axle Load Measurement: Front axle wheel load, rear axle wheel load, vehicle total mass;
• Drag Force Test: Four-wheel drag force;
• Braking Force Test: Four-wheel maximum braking force, front and rear axle balance, vehicle total braking force, sum of front and rear axle maximum braking force, maximum pedal force;
• Parking Braking Force Test: Maximum parking braking force, maximum hand pulling force.
ABS Test Items
Carried out in accordance with test specifications. The usual ABS detection includes static and dynamic detection:
• Static Detection: ECU ID identification, fault code clearing, wheel speed sensor signal detection, brake switch detection, etc.;
• Dynamic Detection: Dynamic wheel speed sensor signal quality detection, pump and valve testing, etc.
