

Overview
The air suspension calibration equipment is used to detect and calibrate the air suspension height, ensuring the normal posture of the vehicle body. It can automatically adjust the wheelbase according to the vehicle model information to achieve accurate calibration of the air suspension.
Centering and Positioning System
1. Adopt a pneumatic method to fix the tires and secure the vehicle. The vehicle positioning error is less than 2mm.
2. The vehicle stays normally grounded without causing changes in vehicle height and angle.
3. The centering equipment is equipped with no less than 2 sets of photoelectric switches to judge whether the vehicle is in place.
Height Measurement Module
1. Equipped with 4 sets of high-precision 3D cameras.
2. Realize Z-direction height measurement from the wheel arch to the wheel center of the vehicle.
3. Realize Z-direction height measurement from the wheel arch to the tire support surface of the vehicle.
4. Measurement Accuracy:
◆Using a calibration frame, the wheel arch height measurement accuracy: ±1mm, repeatability accuracy: ±0.2mm
◆Consistency deviation accuracy: ±1mm
