Overview
The commercial vehicle brake test bench is a special equipment for detecting the braking performance of commercial vehicles with an axle load within 13000kg. It can simultaneously detect the braking performance of traditional braking systems and ABS functions, featuring high detection reliability and simple operation, which is suitable for assembly line use in general assembly plants.
Overall Composition
The test bench is composed of rollers, motor reducer, PLC signal acquisition, ABS ECU detection system, data processing, control system and display.
ABS ECU Detection System: Composed of a universal ECU communication adapter and detection software developed by Yasaka. The adapter integrates ABS communication protocols of most domestic and foreign suppliers. The unified interface ensures that the control software does not need to be changed too much when the ECU type is changed.
Loaded Brake Detection (Optional)
In accordance with the requirements of the new national standard GB38900 for loaded detection of multi-axle combined vehicles, the loading device adopts hydraulic drive and inclined plane mechanism lifting principle, with compact overall structure, high reliability and strong rigidity of the frame structure.
The brake test bench meets the requirements of GB38900 for loaded testing of combined axles, that is, it is suitable for braking performance testing of double and triple axles of three-axle and above trucks, two-axle and three-axle trailers.
Brake Test Items
• Axle Load Measurement: Front axle load, rear axle load, total vehicle mass
• Drag Force Test: Wheel drag force
• Braking Force Test: Maximum wheel braking force, total vehicle braking force, sum of maximum braking force, brake pedal force, hand pulling force, etc.
• Parking Braking Force Test: Maximum parking braking force
ABS Test Items
Carried out in accordance with the test specifications provided by Party A;
The usual ABS detection includes static and dynamic detection. Static detection includes:
• Communication connection, ECU ID identification, fault code clearing, wheel speed sensor signal quality detection, brake switch detection, etc.
Dynamic detection includes:
• Dynamic wheel speed sensor signal quality detection, pump and valve testing, etc.
